  • Summary Plan and direct combat response or crisis management activities, provide disaster preparedness training, and prepare emergency plans and procedures for wartime, or technological (e.g., nuclear power plant emergencies or hazardous materials spills) disasters or hostage situations.
  • Managed special CBRN team for response to Hazardous materials on the battlefield.
  • Coordinated planning and training for Combat Emergency Response units (Hazardous Assessment Team) which consisted of 12 personnel belonging to different teams.
  • This team was utilized in the analysis, mitigation, of chemicals located in clandestine laboratories, which may have been in use for development of Improvised Explosive Devices (IED), and CBRN munitions.
  • Developed, planned, executed, and reported on Non-Traditional Agents (NTA) Detection Program.

  • Standardized planning process in the development of operational response and recovery planning ensuring units were capable of providing CBRN support to the 19th Theater Support Command, United Nations Command, and Combined Forces Command Units.
