I Managed the FDC Warehouse Building to help get control over inflated inventory levels of more than 70,000 units via SAP. I developed and maintained incentive programs to drive safety and work performance in the workplace. I helped develop a new tracking system that was integrated into the SAP system which helped all of our facilities and Corporate Office to be able to utilize, track, and heighten communication pertaining to key information along with developing multiple Google Reports that aid in the management of the area. By doing this we were able to keep the inventory level to under 700 units in need of rework. Which in turn we as a Company were able to cut back to one shift running full time in the FDC Warehouse instead of three shifts running full time paying overtime to off shifts. I am an Internal Annual Auditor for Whirlpool, as well as performing the Area Audit for 5 S, and Safety.
Worked as an operator and mixer within the facility that made pharmaceutical products to pool chemicals. Worked with many different chemicals to measure CIP flow rates to ensure that required velocities are being met. Took a Supervisor position at Whirlpool Clyde Division.
