Duties, Accomplishments and Related Skills:Transportation and Service Detachment NCOIC controlled a fleet of 36 vehicles maintaining maintenance to 100 percent accountability on every evaluation conducted on a weekly basis.

Evaluated plans for and provision of logistical support for feasibility, efficiency, and economy, and develop alternatives when required. Planned supply routes in order to develop plans accordingly.

Supply rep for two different countries with operational rations supporting Afghanistan and Iraq. Rations consisted of Class 1 food and Class 4 logistical support items. Able to be flexible and adapt with adjusting to different circumstances without any fail.

In charge of supplying each operating base 3 times a week on a weekly basis totaling 85,000 dollars each delivery. Supplied each location by using ground support by putting together vehicle convoys to reach each base.

Educated soldiers so that they would be able to work as a part of a team in order to accomplish the mission in regards to getting troops cargo and support they need overseas and stateside. Enrolling soldiers into various training classes allowed me to be able to further soldier’s careers.

Developed employee training programs to help push employees to further their career with professional and college aspirations. Provided leadership, mentorship, applicable training and overall guidance for 12 employees resulting in a consistent yearly increase in the overall morale and performance level boost.
