2005-2007: Student Accounts Specialist:

  • Under general supervision, facilitates the enrollment and retention of Pace University students by providing cross-functional service to prospective, current, and former students, as well as their parents and other University constituents through direct services in the areas of student accounts and registrar services, and supportive services in the area of financial aid awarding and packaging.
  • Answer questions in person, on the phone, from email, or written correspondence; resolve problems and address concerns and issues from students, parents, faculty, and other third parties in the following areas: registration, student accounts/billing, immunization compliance requirements, financial aid, degree audit, transfer credits and academic scheduling.
