  • Use a job-embedded coaching model to work with classroom teachers on content and pedagogy implementation in mathematics and literacy. This work focuses on one-on-one coaching in teachers' classrooms, providing demonstration lessons, co-teaching and feedback cycles. Provide differentiated coaching that responds to classroom and project needs while working with teachers across the career continuum.
  • Work with districts on teacher leader and classroom coaching initiatives. Districts span a wide range of demographics and cultures. Recent collaborations: WSFCS Teacher Academy, Randolph County Schools, Guilford County Schools, Oconee South Carolina School District, Monmouth & Ocean County New Jersey Education Consortium.
  • Develop and provide virtual and face-to-face professional development and classroom content for clients nationally. Group size for presentations 10-75.
  • Present at state level conferences, most recently South Carolina Association of School Administrators (June 2018) and NCNCTM (October 2016).
