I recently graduated with a Masters in Administration and Public Policy from The University of Texas at Arlington, and my courses in investments, finance, and business coupled with the current classes I am taking for my Doctorate in Business Administration from California Intercontinental University have given me a solid base upon which I plan to build a career. Before entering the public sector, I worked in the private sector as an Assistant Supervisor for Mike Tidwell & Associates. I accepted that position because of its emphasis on efficient administration and excellent growth opportunities. I know both are profound for this job.Furthermore, my experience as an Assistant Supervisor for Mike Tidwell & Associates afforded me the opportunity to become familiar with the profound importance of rapport when servicing people. This is of significant importance for the success of any business and will be an excellent asset for Hacienda Ford. As an Assistant Supervisor my goal was to create a work environment conducive to both company, employee and customer satisfaction. All in all, I know that successful administrators are defined by their qualities, their skills, and their actions. Therefore, I always strive go above and beyond to be as competent and efficient as possible in everything I do.
