I wanted to add an accomplishment of mine. Almost two years ago, I decided that I wanted to be healthier. I truly enjoy working out. Everyday I go to the gym with a man I used to work with. I help to motivate him and I even have him attempt all of the workouts that I do. I have been doing this for well over a year now. He has currently lost over 100 pounds and is healthier than he has ever been. Helping people is something I am passionate about. I look for many opportunities to help someone even if it is small. I do not do it for the recognition. I simply just do it because it makes me feel good as a person.
