- Completed over 250 Grazing Management Plans throughout Area 3 by meeting with the producer, walking the farm and designing the plan based on producer needs and wants, farm layout and forage production based on Web Soil Survey information.

- Have trained numerous employees to plan and develop Grazing Management Plans in Ohio.

- Have assisted DCs, Resource Conservationists, Soil Conservationists and SWCD employees with Grazing Management Plan development remotely and in person. Both on the farm and having never been on the farm by working with information gathered by field personnel.

- Redesigned the 'Graze 5' spreadsheet to accommodate scenarios encountered within Ohio not encountered in Missouri.

- Have developed and enhanced the "4 Never Fail Rules of Grazing". 4 simple rules that if a producer follows, they will not encounter forage utilization issues on their operation.

- Proficient in using Conservation Desktop. Have trained many fellow employees throughout Ohio in use and application of CD. Serve as a contact for troubleshooting problems encountered when using CD.

- Have completed EQIP mapping and other application needs in Conservation Desktop for multiple DCs within Area 3 for several years running. I have done the majority of the CD mapping for the DCs during this time.

- Assist DCs throughout Ohio in completing program goals by completing CRP plans and assisting other soil conservationists with technical difficulties encountered in CD while working in CD.

- Have completed NRI survey data entry for the entire state of Ohio that used to be divided up by county. Have also assisted with field data collection on NRI plots in the past and have plans to fill in for Deb this summer in doing so again.

- Worked with Abigail McCain and completed CD work (Toolkit at the time) for all Conservation Easements throughout Ohio.

Rangeland Management Specialist Department Of Agriculture Prospect, OR,

I administered producer allotments and developed bills for producers based on livestock numbers and time on allotments. I performed compliance checks on livestock while grazing allotments checking to see if livestock were grazing in the proper areas at the proper times. I assisted with the capture and radio tagging of sage grouse for a nest survival study. I participated in a raptor census documenting raptor species and counts.

Rangeland Management Specialist Colville Confederated Tribes City, STATE,

Performed conservation rehabilitation practices as part of a Burned Area Emergency Rehabilitation team. Worked as part of a conservation team managing rangeland and forest for proper use. Worked closely with the NRCS implementing EQIP contracts which included stream crossings, fences, cattle guards, watering troughs and other range improvements including range seedings and stream bank stabilization practices.
