Also, he provided support in AT&T big sale events, where most of the issues must be worked on priority since severity 1 and 2 are faced constantly during the event. Finally, for a very brief period he performed as back up team lead where he attended meetings with the client and the call center that report all the issues to PME team, he hosted calls with his team to discuss and assign the on-call shifts of each team member.
