  • DGL - Developed a tablet-deployable line downtime data collection and instant reporting tool
  • DGL - Developed novel buffer-synchronization analysis with occurrence frequency for a client
  • DGL - Observed interference effects in a model of two lines sharing equipment, and proactively formulated and verified a controls strategy paired with buffer capacity and type analysis to ameliorate the issue
  • DGL- Created multiple make-once-deploy-many logic modules for modeling use
  • DGL - Created multiple data consolidation/automation/reporting tools in VBA for ultra-fast report generation from scenario results (minutes from hours)
  • DGL - Researched and documented video conversion software, settings and procedures to obtain high quality presentation-ready videos, replacing older poor video. Did it with free, open source software
  • DGL - Created Notepad++ macro tools to semi-automatically create XML data output modules for SIMIO, eliminating human error and SIMIO native interface drawbacks
  • SSB - Conceived leveraging end-of-line material handling equipment to sort mattresses automatically into ready-to-load form, saving considerable material handling and staging space - replicable cheaply across 40 production lines
  • SSB - Single-handedly designed adaptive process scheduling and load balancing algorithms incorporating 12 machines, 4 workers, bits of MES logic, and cell PLC logic, solving a particularly prickly manufacturing optimization problem
  • Siemens - Designed and implemented minimal-cost product improvements including a spring-loaded dust cover and auto-dropaway maintenance support, now sold as optional extras on several thousand units annually
