  • Accepted into the Bernalillo County Sheriffs Office Citizen Police Academy taught by Recruiting Deputy Anton Maltby, Lead Background investigator Rodney Gilliam, along with other Deputy's from New Mexico's largest county law enforcement agency in the state.
  • Intense sixteen weeks where I completed both classroom and hands on training, in: Specialty Units (S.W.A.T., K-9, Narcotics, CSI, Animal Control, Sex Crimes, Cyber Crime, etc.)
  • Successfully completed Officer Selection and Training, Laws of Arrest, Search & Seizure, Use of Force and Hands on Scenario Based Training, CPR and basic life saving medical techniques.
  • Completed three separate 8 hour ride-along's with BCSO, and a fly-along with the BCSO Air Support.
