Research, draft, and advise Senator on legislative proposals
Review and consult Senator on ballot measures
Write talking points for Senator on topics including juvenile justice, youth development, foster care, child care, after school programs, and budget related items
Review, and analyze legislation and budget issues to compose bill summaries and updates to distribute to policy meetings
Participate on advisory boards, policy meetings, conferences representing the Senator on issues related to criminal justice, delinquent and dependent youth, housing, homeless, and drug & alcohol.
