  • Developed and updated all related policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Responded to various inquiries from public, stakeholders, other state agencies, and providers.
  • Responsible for development and implementation of variety of new waiver service programs.
  • Worked closely and collaborated with other OKDHS divisions such as Aging Services, Adult Protective Services, Child Welfare, and Office of Client Advocacy to meet needs of those with involvement from multiple OKDHS divisions.
