(hydraulic nuts) and specialty fasteners. Sales of HydraNuts® more than doubled between 2008 and 2010 and have subsequently become key to the business plan rather than being a novelty product line.
Performed structural and fatigue analysis of components
Assisted in development of owner manuals, including diagrams for hydraulic layouts and design of peripheral tooling.
Wrote test procedures for qualifying product, including both the HydraNuts® and activating pumps.
Coordinated product testing and conducted analysis of test results. Also compiled test reports for customer submissions.
