- Maintained current knowledge of menu items, ingredients and special order products for sale in bakery.
From the end of middle school all through high school, I taught private lessons, mostly to 5th graders through middle school. As their teacher, I taught them depending on their current skill level; my entry level students received tutoring in reading music, how to hold their instrument, and other fundamental skills. My older students were given tasks to complete on their own (practice scales, a section of a song, etc,), which I would then review in the next weeks lesson.
- Prepared students for performances, exams and assessments.
- Kept students informed of community events, such as plays and concerts.
- Explained and demonstrated artistic techniques.
- Organized lesson time to make sure I covered everything.
- Helped students develop aesthetic concepts and appreciations to make qualitative judgments about instrumentation.
