  • MoneyGram International Headquarters- This was my permanent post From 2-2-12 to current. With this site, I was the receptionist. I signed for incoming packages, stocked break rooms and conference rooms, reserved conference room for meetings, greeted potential vendors, guests, board members and customers, answered and transferred calls, checked in visitors and issued visitors' badges which were collected upon COB. I distributed the mail as well as sending out the mail. I kept up several excel worksheets as requested, monitored the company's camera system, operated the company's welcome board for visitors and new hires, placed facilities related requests and issues. With this site, I was required to be certified in CPR and AED devices. I had to oversee and administer first aid on any medical condition that may have taken place on site during business hours.
