Summary

Being that I am young I have accomplished different skills over the past 4 years. From being a Team Member to becoming a CT-Trainer has given me a chance to know what it’s like being a manager of any establishment. It gave me the opportunity to develop analytical skills, and proper sanitization. From there on I went and became a server which gave me skills of organization, and customer service skills. The two helped me become better working in food industries or any industry for that matter.

When I became old enough to work at a plant and make more income, I decided to work as an order selector. It helped me develop skills of conflict resolution, having strength, and mental organization. After searching for the job that fits my life style I started working at another plant as a seat assembler. This job is giving me all the skills in one from being a hardworking and reliable team member with strong ability in leadership and communication, to offering leadership, teamwork, adaptability, decision making, time management, confidence Highly organized, proactive and punctual with a team-oriented mentality. There are many other skills I will develop as I get older and I am well prepared for any new skills that will be introduced to me.
