  • As an Account Executive, I would develop and implement strategic sales presentations to owners of MDUs (Multiple Dwelling Units) for the purpose of securing long-term R.O.E (Bulk/Managed Wi-Fi and Right of Entry) Agreements. I was tasked monthly for achieving and exceeding quarterly revenue sales quota across all products, including HSD, video, managed Wi/Fi, and other products/services on a bulk basis to new and/or existing MDUs. I would regularly interface with high-level clientele, including but not limited to C-Suite Executives, Property Owners, Coop/Condo Board Members, lawyers, Building Managers, Developers, government officials, etc. Part of the position included establishing a consultative relationship with clients to understand their needs in order to offer the best products/services to maximize their ROI. As an Account Executive, I would negotiate competitive MDU sales agreements daily, through customer ROI preparation and approval. Develop proposals and contracts with company-provided tools that aligned with company standards. Work daily to keep existing and prospective clients informed of current product offerings, services, rates, and promotions on an ongoing basis. Maintain communication with Sales Engineers and Sales Leadership to qualify new leads and request site surveys to determine the serviceability of prospects, including submission of ROI analysis to sales management. Maintain sales databases "Sales Force" necessary to report sales activity, and maintain customer satisfaction. Work on all leads provided and other messages in a timely manner to provide exceptional customer experience and escalate issues as necessary to various departments. Coordinate with other internal field and construction departments as necessary. Occasionally I was required to attend Internal and external meetings to meet company objectives, networking events, and training sessions as required.
