Current Miracle Franchise Operations, Development & Corp – Plymouth
Provide support to Director of Franchise Development with daily activities and special projects as they arise.
Provide back office support for 26 Corporate hearing aid clinics in SC and GA, under Miracle-Ear Pivot Holdings, LLC.
Provide back office support for 19 Corporate Retail hearing aid clinics and 1 service center in MN, AZ and CO.
Managing of vendor payments, vendor relationships and account transitions for the Development team and Corporate Retail by entering invoices into DocuSign for processing.
Maintain data integrity in Salesforce to ensure that accounts and reports are maintained accurately.
Provide support to Franchise Sales Managers, including routing of application documentation and scheduling and coordinating Discovery Days (Potential Franchisee Interviews).
Coordinate new franchisee on-boarding with various internal departments to ensure that new franchisees have the tools and resources to open a new franchise.
Prepare correspondence, reports, memoranda and other materials, both internal and external facing as needed.
Manage all webinars through GoToWebinar by providing logistical and project management support for senior staff.
Provide backup and training to other Operations functions as needed.
This may include scheduling meetings, paying invoices, or Franchise Operations project management.
Run background checks on all franchisees and potential franchisees using Verified Credentials.
Provide office manager training and Voice Analytics training to Corporate Retail front office staff.
Point of contact for the corporate retail stores HCP/FOA on frequent questions regarding: Ordering office supplies and sales materials Bills that need to be paid and vendor information needed Communication items to HCP/FOA and follow up Getting gift cards out to stores for direct mail responses Provide marketing support for Corporate Retail locations, including updating location websites, marketing reporting, approving and organizing proofs for direct mailers.
Assist with Marketing & Sycle.net Entering data into Sycle.net.

Working with Yodle on store website content and accuracy.
Working with Yodle and the stores on calls, call rating and follow up.
Responsible for taking incoming calls associated with Amplifon Hearing Health Care contract plans, including assisting patients in choosing a network provider, explaining their benefits and hearing aid pricing.
Responsible for various duties associated with Amplifon Hearing Health Care contract plans including assisting patients in choosing a network provider & supplying referral material to patients and providers.
Provide support to Amplifon Hearing Health Care patient's insurance benefits, hearing aid technology, pricing and other process and operations issues involving Amplifon Hearing Health Care contract plans.
Frequently required to explain the value of the benefit to patients and promote it to ensure they make an appointment in one of our clinics.
