  • Morehead Medical Specialists Morehead, Ky, I worked for 5 different physicians.
  • I kept the flow going, throughout the office, by multitasking.
  • I made sure all medication requests were sent to physician, took care of general requests, made sure all patient insurance forms were completed accurately and timely, checked in arriving patients throughout the day, updated all the demographic information and collected payments as needed, answered incoming calls, sent faxes/records, completed insurance prior-authorizations for insurance companies to cover different types of services, updated and kept daily logs, completed end of day payments and balanced for the day, etc.
