  • I perform Document Prep, Scanning, Image Quality Assurance, and Final Image Quality Assurance on Issued, Not Issued, and PLOTS applications. i also perform these processes on Records of Birth and Records of Death.
  • I have performed vrious front desk duties which include answering phones, taking messages, distributing locker keys, and monitoring who visits the floor by use of a sign in/out log.
  • I train my co workers in Document Prep, Scanning, IQA and Final IQA using the Automated Records process guide and also creating slide shows to serve as an extra trainng guide tool.
