Experience
Receiving / Morning Stocker, 05/2019 to Current
Archer Daniels Midland CompanyCreve Coeur, MO,

The time spent at this establishment was a crucial bukilding block for working with people. During my time at Menards I have been able to work with a great group of co-workers and have the oportunity to work with them as a team. If I didnt know something or my coworker didnt know something we had no hesitation in asking for help. I was also afforded the oportunity to learn how to interact with customers in a way that made them comfortable and give them advice on products and projects. I also have had the unique oportunity to work at this employer during trying times as Coronavirus 2 has swept the nation. I was able to still assisnt the customers in helping them find the essential product they needed.

Maintenance , 05/2016 to 09/2018
CalivaSan Jose, CA,

During my employment at Rock Cut Inc, I perfected alot of my hands on skills as I fixed the propane motors and electric motors for the fishing boats we had. I also fixed a lot of the kayaks we had for our customers. I was also able to be a part of a great team that made the time spent by our customers in the area a more enjoyable one. This employment oprtunity gave me an amazing insight to make sure that every person I interacted with had a good experience; as most of the people coming to Rock Cut were there to relax and have a good time.

Gardener, 02/2014 to 10/2015
Creative CraftersCity, STATE,

During this experiance I helped my grandmother as she needed help working on her customers yards. During my time as a gardener I gained an appreciation for working very hard despite being tired, as most of our days were during summer, in very hot weather and worked until all the yards had been cleaned. This typically entaled working from 8 A.M. to 6 P.M. It also showed the hard work and appreciation my grandma had for the work she does.

Education and Training
: Engineering, Expected in
University of Wisconsin Platteville - Platteville Wisconson ,
GPA:

During my time at UW platteville I took courses in engineering those including chemistry, Introduction electrical engineering, several math classes, and Introduction to engineering. These classes were core classes that helped me decide against becoming an engineer and rather a Physician Assistant specializing in neurology. Introduction to engineering, electrical engineering and chemistry helped me the most as I fell in love with how electrical and chemical processes worked. I did however eventually leave plateville as this school did not offer the degree i would eventually want.

Associate of Applied Science: Nursing, Expected in
Rock Valley College - Rockford, IL,
GPA:

After leaving plateville and coming to rock valley I instantly started taking courses that dealt with the sciences and more specifically medical science. I am currently 3 credits shy if associates of science and will be enrolling in saint anthonys college of nursing within the next year.

Additional Information

During many years working with people I have gained the ability to help people and make sure all are comfortable around me. I believe this is a very important skill for creating a comfortable work environment and a team that works well together. Over the years I have also gained an appreciation for learning. learning and wanting to learn are some of my greatest attributes because it shows the ability to be open to new ideas and is another very crucial skill to working with a team. I would also consider my self to be a very adaptive person which relates back to openness to learn. If a situation changes or a new problem arises it is important to be able to seek new ways of solving said problem. Without adaptivity there will be a point at which one will reach stagnation. The ability to be adaptive has led me to be better suited to problem solving. I would also considered myself to be a leader as I currently am the president of the environmental club at RVC. I am currently trying to develop a study for microplastics in water and how they effect our bodies. lastly my ability to be compassionate and caring have very much helped me achieve many of the goals I have set for myself. I always feel the need to help no matter who needs it.
