I have provided onsite training for Rating Veterans Service Representatives. As a mentor, I review and provide comments on the adequacy of rating decisions and take necessary steps to correct any deficiencies. Also, I research medically complex benefits claims and prepare regulatory based decisions. I formulate and present training outlines.
