  • User Research: Coordinated a usability lab that ran over 70 studies for three different corporate events, analyzing the ROI on each submitted study, coordinating a dry run of each study, checking all study materials, creating promotional materials, and giving final approval (several A/B studies included).   • Determining Product Specs: Led a cross-functional team of four on a three-month research discovery process, both internally and externally, using qualitative and quantitative methods. Found patterns in the data, identified the core problems of our end users, and distilled them into KPIs. Presented our findings to leadership in a holistic brief that included the perspective of each stakeholder, the end user story, and the business implications, along with our proposed three focus areas with associated KPIs.

Leveraged my UX knowledge and experience with wireframing to develop tech briefs or product specs.
  • Product Creation: Ideated new product features in collaboration with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams. Presented briefs on various product and enhancement ideas to several teams, including MyChart. Participated in design discussions for a variety of product enhancements. Created mock-ups and wireframes for design changes.
  • User Experience: Coordinated a design sprint to change a core product UI and workflow. Participated in collaborative design ideation and feedback groups. Attended several UX classes and completed internal trainings. Created wireframes on Adobe XD and high-fidelity wireframes of one of our internal websites. Co-facilitated a design sprint for a ground-up rework of a workflow that represented half of our product.
