Roughly 6 years of experience in the construction field, I have worked on oil rigs for 5 years- 2 1/2 years experience of instrumentation and 1 1/2 years of QA/QA for instrumentation, with 1 year as Lead QA/QA for instrumentation. I worked 1 year in a warehouse as shipping and receiving. Currently have aTWIC card and working on getting my NCCER as Instrument Tech.
Completed 3 projects within the 6 years I have been in the construction industry.
Lead a crew of up to 5 workers in the QA/QC field.
Currently have 4 workers under my supervision on the Big Foot project- lead them on pressure testing both high and low pressures. Walk with inspectors to sale and test our systems that are ready to be sold. Fix minor issues with the devices we have in our field. Train workers to understand and handle all devices, fittings, equipment and details/prints within our field. Made sure everyone within my crew maintains a clean work environment.
Only QA/QC of the Jack Saint Malo project- Sold roughly 90% of all tray, devices and systems. Witnessed all pressure tests both high and low. Walked with inspectors.
Tomar Project- installed tray, tubing and deceives. Walked down all skids of deck and fixed minor punch list. Worked with the Hydro department and the QA/QC department as needed. Tested most systems including high/low pressure test and hydro test conducted by W Industries.
Shipping and Receiving, documentation, withing with computers, working with other, working at a fast past environment, use of small forklifts and scissor lifts.
