Additional Information

I am a very dedicated worker and put 110% into everything i am required to do. I am a strong leader and work just as hard with my employees to make sure they are comfortable and able to complete their job to the best of their ability. I believe a supervisor should work as hard as any other member when possible to help improve morale between floor staff to keep the feeling of being a team. I know personally from starting at the bottom how important it is to see the higher ups lending a hand to someone who might be having a little trouble on a task and give them some pointers on how to be more efficient. I believe the higher you move up the harder you're supposed to be working for the simple fact you are responsible for the tasks on your shifts. I understand the higher you move up the more responsibility you will have but, your staff may need some help and pointers to improve their work, but if they don't take the advice and keep falling behind proper administrative action must be taken according to the companies policies.

Teams/shifts will always be more cheerful and dedicated to their work when everyone works together and in return the customers enjoy their shopping experience which will improve sales and customer satisfaction. The customer's satisfaction and happiness is our main goal at the end of the day. Without customers sales business will suffer. So having strong leadership makes our staff more comfortable, and in turn make customers feel more relaxed and happy with their choice to shop at our store and increase the odds of repeat business.
