  • Currently during covid-19 I have learned how to adapt to any environment. My work at Albertina Kerr has taught me how to think on my feet in a moment’s notice. Also, in our recent natural disaster where we had to have providence Willamette fall combine their children with ours. I learned how to effectively work as a team when thrown together. It worked out so smoothly and beautifully two organizations working together to help their patience getting the best treatment possible. Keeping our community and kids safe I also have experience working with children with Covid-19, I have the experience of sitting with a child in isolation making sure they have all their basic needs met while making sure they get their therapeutic needs met. While it was a scary environment it was reliving to know that I could help provide a therapeutic and supportive environment when family could not visit. A.
