Responsibilities include developing policy and engagement strategies, writing comments and testimony, and speaking on behalf of SCE in forums related to the proceedings. ● Coordinated the development of the application for approval of SCE's 2014 Storage Procurement Plan, which was well received by most industry stakeholders, and resulted in favorable regulatory action for SCE. ● Lead a cross-organizational team of fifty people to resolve outstanding regulatory and operational challenges related to the integration of energy storage devices onto the electric grid. ● Reviews state and federal bills on energy storage and greenhouse gases developing policy positions for SCE.
