Westin Peachtree Plaza, Atlanta, GA - Sept 2013 to Jan 2014
Renovation of the lobby, meeting spaces, and ballrooms. The lobby renovation included the build-out of a new Starbucks, the build-out of the new 210 Lounge, renovation to the porte-cochère, as well as a clad shell for the FedEx location. The lobby also included living walls, extensive millwork, and upgraded energy efficient lighting. The meeting room renovation included all public meeting spaces, ballrooms, prefunction spaces, and banquet facilities.
Sundial Renovation, Atlanta, GA - May 2013 – August 2013
The Sun Dial Restaurant is the highest and only rotating restaurant in Atlanta, is located atop the second tallest hotel in the Western Hemisphere, the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel. Floors 71 and 73 of the three-story restaurant rotate, making a full circle every hour, offering guests breathtaking views of the metro-Atlanta area. The $1.4 million, three floor renovation includes new carpet, new painting and wall covering, new banquettes, a new bar, ceiling replacement, installation of new glass railing systems throughout, MEP/lighting changes and back of house/ kitchen update.
