L & D Mail Masters, Inc. prepared mailings for many different industries including healthcare, insurance, banking, and marketing, among many others. As a liaison between departments (Data, IT, & Production), the job required highly skilled project management and versatility to finalize the mailings sent out. This included:

  • USPS in-house contact person for postal regulations and documentation processes. It was important to ensure the company was adhering to USPS mailing standards and thresholds.
  • Ensured that each mailing followed strict regulatory compliance. (SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA)
  • Many projects required a new process and/or updated services. Assisted department manager and programmer to develop these services and procedures, implemented and then trained co-workers to process.
  • Assisted IT System Administrator with many PC setups, networking, updates, and other IT related tasks.
  • Presorted and processed client data for mailing using BCC Mail Manager software.
