Utilize knowledge of the organization’s resources, program objectives, and applicable regulations, guidelines, directives, principles, and practices as they relate to the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Survey program. Reviews surveys assigned to parties automatically and manually for accuracy and linkages to other previously assigned requirements, as well as parties with newly created entities to determine if they are subject to existing enforcement screens.Developing formal reports and documents for use in supporting final determinations. Provides programmatic support to ensure that the agency achieves organizational goals in the timeliest and cost-effective manner. Provide survey compliance reviews, data analysis, and develop presentation slide decks to depict analysis conducted. Review foreign/domestic entities to ensure their authenticity, legitimacy, and location. Reports to Project Manager.

Supervise staff training and development through teaching, acting as a role model and guiding staff how to appropriately work with and interact with consumers, staff, families and guardians. Prepare legal documentations to support determinations to file in court for legal investigations of physical or sexual abuse and guardianship. Complete required documentation and data collection associated with the implementation of activities, tasks and interventions. Complete required clinical and administrative documentation required for each assigned shift. Initiates and maintain communication with supervisory staff to events on occurring on shifts. Attend and participate in service staff development meetings and training. Provides structure and supervision in support of the Individualized Treatment Plan.
