Won family of the year award from the PTO (Parent Teacher Organization for outstanding work and accomplishments, performed Christian spiritual counseling helping individual with emotional issues such as anger, fear, and anxiety, and developed and implemented policy and training for church leadership  development program, which produced twenty-three new ministries from only five within three years.
