-Participate in a weekly review with the Probation Parole Manager to discuss any outstanding requirements using the Standards Due report, including developing action plans, and assisting other Probation Parole Officers.
-Ensure violation reports are accurate, with appropriate content, grammar, and punctuation, and in compliance with applicable policies before submission.
-Maintain case files in accordance with policy 706.01.
-Ensure the Offender Management System contact notes are complete and accurate and entered timely, per policy 706.03.
-Ensure case plans are completed with proper referrals, follow-up, and signatures according to policy.
-Complete the TEPEs on closing case files according to policy 706.03.
-Complete all in-service and firearms training per policy.
-Participate in the biannual internal and annual OIG audits to assist in maintaining compliance with the TDOC annual compliance audit instruments
-Review assigned caseload weekly to identify, evaluate, and transition low-risk offenders to compliant reporting supervision in accordance with policy 704.01.1.
-Review cases to ensure transferred offenders meet 704.01.1 policy guidelines.
-Ensure all eligible cases are transferred before the first of the following month.
-Ensure all appropriate denial and referral compliant reporting codes are entered into the Offender Management System.
