In 2008 I was hand-picked to start up the Professional Division in Pennsylvania. I was responsible for creating a client base for contingent and direct hire opportunities focusing on core niches(Accounting/Finance, Corporate Services, Engineering, Executive and Information Technology). I was also responsible for hiring and developing a team of recruiters and sales assistants. In the last 2-3 years strategies changed and the focus became Accounting/Finance, Corporate Services and Executive.
