My biggest goal is to be a chef of my own restaurant one day, therefore I would like to learn as much as I can about the restaurant industry. I have grown up in my father's restaurant and been behind-the-scenes of what it takes to own one. I hope to learn as much as I can, where ever I can. I am very flexible and can pick up things fast and easily. If there is anywhere you need me, I will be there. I will make mistakes along the way but as everyone does, I will learn from them and make note so I do not repeat them.
