Responsibilities included:
*The Company's payroll of 170 - 200 employee's which includes all corrections/adjustments to timesheets, recording late punches, total hours worked. Inputting of Company hours into the Kronos software for bi-weekly payroll. I am also experienced with Evolution payroll software.
*Create the Company payroll reports from our weekly punch reports and payroll register which shows: actual sales and hours, percentage of sales vs. payroll, sales productivity per hours worked, Over-time reports, hours scheduled vs. actual hours used.
*Inputting new employees, background checks, and termination of employees into the system(s). Kronos, POS, our training software and assigning permissions once entered into the systems.
*Creating our Company "Hotsheets" (informational notices). Sending out monthly birthday cards, anniversary letters, graduation lists to our stores, updates to our Company Handbook. Experienced with Word and Excel in creating said notices and reports.
*Responsible for appealing unemployment claims, corresponding with Minutemen Select for workman compensation claims, and JP Farley for our Medical/Dental and short term disability insurance.
