Personnel Assistant I serving as the Officer Promotion/Personnel Actions Specialist in Personnel Strength Management to resolve personnel issues regarding Human Resources. Coordinates with INCOM Commands on Fort Gordon, GA to ensure full visibility to officer promotion policies, procedures and time lines while executing Human Resource requirements for U. S. Advise leadership and supported personnel on changes to guidance and ensure changes are applied appropriately at unit and Brigade levels. Applying knowledge of policies and regulations to accurately process military personnel actions to include but not limited to evaluations, awards, separations, retirements, and record updates.
