Lancaster Performing Arts Center City, STATE, Executive in charge of 900 seat proscenium main stage, 110 seat black box.
  • Primary responsibilities included staff liaison to 11 member Lancaster Performing Arts Center Foundation. Creation and implementation of Membership and Sponsorship program to ensure continued financial support.

  • Planned and executed all aspects of re-opening of original 1923 vaudeville house containing 550 seat proscenium main stage, 100 seat black box. Transformation of original hotel into three gallery spaces, dance studio and nine arts classrooms, comprising a 37,000 square foot interdisciplinary arts center.  
  • Primary responsibilities included staff liaison to seven member city arts commission, twenty-five member Arts Leadership Alliance Foundation. 
  • Manage presenting season, contract negotiations, and marketing for season annually. 
  • Creation of ongoing Arts Enrichment classes throughout the facility.  
  • Conducted weekly production and operations contractor meetings, which facilitated stronger communication and the ability to resolve critical issues.
