I am a qualified veteran Paramedic with a solid reputation for superior performance, accuracy and decision making ability.I am also skilled at remaining calm under pressure and quickly and adeptly responding to all emergency situations. I have worked in various management positions through out my twenty years in EMS doing various different types of supervision from supply and procurement ,scheduling, training, as well as conflict resolution and other HR problems.

Over the years I have developed a management style that incorporates structure,honesty,teamwork and when need to be firmness.

In addition to my EMS experience I have experience in working in federally declared disasters as a section chief ,Have attended training in some Emergency Management and Fire service.

I have plans to eventually go back to college and finish my up my degrees in EMS and Emergency management .
