I've always been the type of person to take initiative and challenge myself to learn and master my craft. I have never been afraid or hesitant to learn more. I've always been open to constructive criticism and it has helped me to be open minded and learn more, even from those that have less experience. I've never underestimated the person next to me no matter who it is. I am also a musician and play the piano at my church and I am always involved in leadership and try to guide by example the best way that I can with God's help. My goals are always to continue to learn and continue to be the best that I can to the best of my ability and master my craft or art in whatever it is that I am working at.
