My responsibilities in this position are going around the store and fulfilling orders that guests have placed online. We are responsible for making sure their orders are completed as well as gathering labels so we are able to pack up their orders and ship them out. After packing orders up we are responsible for taking orders down to UPS so they can be shipped out to guests homes. I also have experience pushing product onto the shelves so everything is there to make guest shopping experience more pleasurable and back stocking items when we have put out as much product as we can.
My responsibilities in this position is all about the guest and making sure they had the best experience in their trip. I was responsible for ringing the guests up and getting them out the door in a timely manner as well as maintaining my area and keeping it neat and tidy. At the Guest Service desk I was responsible for helping the guest in anyway I could with any problems they may have had with their previously purchased items. I was responsible for doing returns and exchanges, gathering any online orders they have places, helping with any problems they may have experienced as well.
My responsibilities were completing online orders. When customers would order things online I was responsible for going around the store to gather the ordered items. As well as making the labels for the orders and packing the items up and putting them onto the delivery truck to be delivered to their homes. I was also responsible for stocking the shelves and making sure the products were there for customers shopping.
In this position I was a sales associate responsible for helping customers choose costumes they were interested in as well as trying on these costumes. I was also responsible for making sure my area was tidy and clean and well maintained.
