Seasoned Service Manager bringing 14 years of Air line customer experience. Proficient in business practices, standards of operation and customer needs. Empowering leader with passion for developing teams with focus on safety, exceptional customer service, as well as meeting established goaIs. Active in the community as my team has set up several sessions with Harvester's in the KC area. Currently also coach two little league baseball teams. This is my passion as I love the interaction with the kids and watching them grow into leaders. It is a beautiful thing to watch and be a part of. I was also in the US Army from 1993-200 serving at Ft. Bragg, NC and in Germany at Baumholder. After Leaving the Army honorably in 2000, I took a project planner job at Workplace Integrators which involved budgeting for office cubicle installations until my airline career began with Northwest Air Lines in 2007.
I coach little league baseball. A 6U team which has it's challenges. I love this because our coaching staff has the opportunity to build good fundamentals, teach sportsmanship, and just to watch them enjoy and learn to love the game. We also coach a 12U competitive team. I really love this as we get an opportunity to teach the mental part of the game and leadership.
I enjoy collecting sports memorabilia from the 50's and 60's. It is a great opportunity to take the time to remember those who have paved the way and have lasted over the test of time.
Our family enjoys travel, and just being together. I have a wife, Shannon who works in Property Management. A Daughter going to grad school at NC State, A son in the Army, Two who have just graduated high school and are getting their lives started, A 12 year old boy who is a fantastic baseball player and son. And last but not least, My 5 year old son who is starting kindergarten this fall.
