  • Provide pointed operational input into the planning, design and construction phases of Capital projects.
  • Conduct construction inspections, perform surveys and attend meetings related to issues impacting the station environment.
  • Facilitate the Beneficial Use and Final Acceptance process for Capital projects.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of customer complaints and prepare timely responses.
  • Implement signage strategies to ensure ADA accessible stations fully meet the needs of the disability community including determining and developing accessible path signage improvements and wayfinding techniques.
  • Oversee various activities related to supporting the Station Signage program such as, assessing point-to-point wayfinding systems for entry and egress within the station environment.
  • Respond to, assess and resolve trouble calls on an array of signage issues such as safety conditions, vandalized signage or changes to the station infrastructure.
  • Perform in-depth station inspections including examining such areas as wayfinding signage, stairwells, tile surfaces, graffiti, overhead areas, cleanliness and customer service; identify defects and communicate findings to field management.
  • Execute special projects as defined and directed by management that support the changing needs of the operation, such as auditing Deep Cleaning Initiative (DCI) results and/or conducting system wide audits of equipment such as emergency gates.
