  • 22MM Project Description The Pegasus Park project is a massive bronze sculpture of a Pegasus and a Dragon located at Gulfstream Racing Park and Casino at Hallandale Beach, FL.
  • The project involves different companies from all around the world that play a key part in making this project possible.
  • When completed, it will stand approximately 110 ft.
  • tall, 200 ft. long and 115 ft. wide.
  • The weight of the sculpture is roughly 1,433,005 lbs.
  • It is supported by a highly complex internal steel skeleton which is designed to sustain winds up to 156 mph (a category 5 hurricane).
  • The skeleton weighs approximately 881,000 lbs., consisting of 4,750 parts bolted together using nearly 18,000 bolts that are 2 inches' diameter.
  • 1,250 hand-casted bronze sheets were welded together onsite to create the sculpture's outer bronze layer which weighs roughly 551,000 lbs.
  • The base of the sculpture will showcase a 17,000 sq./ft., dancing water feature powered by 110 fountain nozzles.
  • Duties:.
  • Assisting Project Management with submittals, RFIs and Close-out documentation.
  • Responsible for organization, filing, and execution of RFIs, Submittals, Pay Apps, Change Orders, etc.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of projects after completion.
  • Review a filing of reports.
  • Prepare contract documentation for procurement services and materials.
  • Assist the project manager with invoices and notice to owners.
