As a recent graduate from the University of Florida Advertising program, I am seeking an opportunity to step into a position within your organization that will afford me the opportunity to enhance my skill sets while simultaneously giving me a platform to establish a long and rewarding career. As is evident by my age and accomplishments, I am a highly motivated individual who possesses the personal drive and commitment to excel at the endeavors I have undertaken. When I graduated from Fleming Island high school, I was one semester shy of my Associates Degree from Saint Johns River State College. I am proud to acknowledge that this accomplishment was attained while working part-time and staying engaged with church and school functions. I went on to graduate from the University of Florida shortly after turning 21 years old. This too was accomplished under the same work and social commitments.

The experience I attained while working as a customer service representative over the last five years with Publix and the Community Association Management (CAM) team has taught me many valuable lessons. I strongly feel that the ability to provide great customer satisfaction while simultaneously maintaining a strong team work atmosphere cannot be understated. My personal demeanor and professional attitude while working with thousands of different customers over the last five years has consistently yielded top-notch results and has afforded me the opportunity to continually learn how to adapt and improvise with various situations. I consistently receive accolades from management and peers for my ability and willingness to assist team members. While still young, I possess the acumen to resolve difficult situations without removing the employee from the situation at hand.

As the office administrator with the CAM team, I assist with the overall front office operations by ensuring administrative tasks are assigned to the proper individual, necessary documents and communications are prepared, and all necessary information is forwarded to the Homeowners Association Manager and board of directors. I work extensively with the Microsoft Office suite on a daily basis which includes Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Access programs. I also have previous certifications with the Adobe Photoshop programs. My degree of Advertising from the University of Florida with an emphasis on persuasive messaging has equipped me with the skillsets to utilize numerous social media platforms in a professional setting to help any team or company meet their goals.
