Primary responsibilities are troubleshooting and resolving hardware, operating system and application issues.
Responsible for responding to service requests from users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, operating systems and application issues, researching solutions and configuring, installing and maintaining computers and peripherals.
Responsible for technically and administratively managing access service trouble tickets reported to the Service Center. Performed appropriate maintenance and provisioning test of PRI, ANALOG, PRIMARY RATE ISDN, HIGH-CAP, T1, T3, FRAME RELAY, ETHERNET and FX circuits using OTTO, React test system, INTAS, PROCOMM Plus. Experience in the NORTEL DMS-100 and LUCENT 5ESS Switches. Act as an interface and initial point of test and isolation for reports origination from IXCs, Local Exchange Carrier, private line customers, and CenturyLink inter-departmental referrals, working in a multi-vendor/multi-technology environment. Deals with CenturyLink's largest customers in timely fashion, courteously and professionally.
Experienced with Multiple Test Boards, ProCumm plus, Telenium, TRACS and all Windows systems.
