  • Design of Virtual Port Channels (VPC) on Nexus NXOS and integration with data center ESXI Link Aggregation Groups (LAG) for additional redundancy and fail over efficiency
  • Implemented Two-Factor Authentication for both SIPRNET and NIPRNET network devices totaling approximately 5000 managed devices utilizing Cisco Access Control Secure (ACS) and RSA SecurID, which allowed customer to close security gaps from simplified local login
  • Designed Cisco ACS Server and SecurID policies to separate and limit privileges in ordnance with USCG cyber security requirements to effectively meet reporting requirements for privileged users within network environment
  • Transitioned customer from legacy Cisco LAN Management System to regionally distributed Cisco Prime Infrastructure (CPI) architecture. New functionality within CPI allowed expansion of network automation by expanding scope of users capable of using management tool.
