Finally after 3 years in the sterile products area, I moved in to regulatory compliance. I am currently the hospitals Pharmacy Regulatory Compliance Coordinator. I am responsible for approximately 170+ units that cover 2 hospitals and various smaller offices that are encompassed within the hospital health system.
