These areas include performance dimensions including; quantity, quality, and timeliness of work. Balance & oversee staffing duties & responsibilities- Responsible for managing staffing coverage for daily assignments and work positions. This includes overseeing that a minimum staffing number were scheduled and reporting for duty. Including approving/denying of vacation leave, staff off duty on sick leave, regular days off, training off site, scheduled & emergency runs. This often necessitates additional staff, which is not an option therefore it mandates manipulation and quick decision making to re-evaluate and prioritize duties while still completing the responsibilities that were required such as but not limited to;
