I have been working with the residents of Oregon State Hospital for almost 10 years. I have learned many things in the my time here at the hospital and through that I believe that it is one of the most important jobs we as care givers have to the population of Oregon. You will see that through my experience below that I am dedicated to that practice. Through my years here I have increased the involvement in the Hope, safety, and recovery of our resident population as well as our staff and wish to be more involved in the future.
